Job Description
As the Lead Director - Testing Center of Excellence, you
will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of effective testing processes, procedures, and automation tooling for delivery of benefit and clinical changes to clients.
Specific responsibilities include:
  • Defining and maintaining testing strategies, standards, templates, processes, and procedures used by teams performing benefits and clinical testing
  • Ensuring adoption and compliance with all standards across teams
  • Maintaining a testing automation framework
  • Streamlining and improving the testing processes and procedures that result in high quality predictable results
Developing automation tooling to support the framework including investment roadmaps for all tools
  • Manage a team of testing resources including managing vendor resources and associated budget
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on testing metrics across all testing teams
  • Responsible for ensuring root cause analysis is performed on every production issue and appropriate corrective actions are completed to prevent issues from occurring again
  • Driving automation tooling adoption, optimization, and the implementation of new automation approaches

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 100,000
Maximum: 227,000
Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
Required Qualifications
  • One of the following ISTQB or TMMi or CMMI or Six Signma.
  • 3 or more years of experience presenting to clients or key internal business partners
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
  • A minimum of 3 years of testing services delivery experience
  • 8 or more years of management experience in a business operations or a quality assurance role with a focus on the automation of testing with a preference in the PBM industry or Managed Care field
  • At least 3 years of experience developing and rollout of test automation tools

Preferred Qualifications
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of associates, managers and clients • Ability to comprehend statistical reporting and apply it to
the operation of the department
  • Adaptable and able to move with change while maintaining a positive demeanor and strong role model for the team
  • Health Insurance Industry from an operations perspective
  • Experience with data related automation (SQL queries,
  • Healthcare-related experience with a general understanding of plan benefit design
  • Outstanding coaching and motivational skills at both an individual and team level
  • Ability to determine the needs of each individual team member and assist them in achieving set goals
  • Experience with third party prescription/medical payment and/or claims adjudication systems
  • Knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Management and/or
Mongo DB) and machine learning is a plus
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
