Location - Dallas, TX only. No relocation. Office worker - office presence minimum 3 days per week.


Responsibilities:


This position has end to end responsibility for the design, development and execution of a new Talent Pipeline Development Program. This includes but is not limited to:


  • Measuring the success of the program against Key Performance Indicators
  • Conducting needs analyses to understand the unique value proposition a program can offer amongst the ecosystem of other development programs
  • Executing all program elements, partnering with vendors and internal partners as appropriate and adjusting based on feedback
  • Designing the program experience to achieve the desired outcomes identified, leveraging external and internal resources as appropriate
  • Provides ongoing support to program alumni
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and others to source candidates for the program


This position will also have responsibility to be a liaison to other development programs across the business, with the intent to:


  • Identify synergy opportunities
  • Share best practices; bring in external perspectives to raise the collective strength and impact of all programs
  • Create talent mobility between programs, as appropriate
  • Create a connected community of development program managers

Our Lead Consultant Development Program Managers earn between $94,300 - $141,500 Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
