Overview:

As a Lead Business Execution, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing various initiatives, while reviewing the effectiveness of support functions and business performance. Your role will involve conducting in-depth assessments, analyzing data, and providing creative solutions and recommendations to address complex issues. You will facilitate decision-making processes, support the implementation of solutions, and collaborate with the Business Execution team and other leaders to drive strategic initiatives. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in guiding and leading less experienced staff within the group, influencing their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations, leveraging your solid understanding of the business group's functional area or products
• Enable career mobility through sponsored events and career development resources
• Influence, guide, and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group
• Increase diverse representation in our workforce by curating employee experiences for enterprise programs
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Promote an inclusive culture by enabling managers to host monthly DE&I conversations and encourage inclusive behaviors
• Lead cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute programs, services, and initiatives.
• Support the implementation of developed solutions and plans

Qualifications:

• 4+ years Business Communication experience
• Copywriting and Editing
• Writing and editing - Business and internal articles, presentations, and website content
• 4+ years Analytical Research experience
• 5+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• 4+ years Analytical Thinking experience

Additional Information:

The ideal candidate should have experience in business communications, analysis, and storytelling. This role may involve synthesizing data to highlight key findings or conducting interviews for recognition articles. You will collaborate closely with a Data/Analytics partner to translate information into a presentable format for senior management review. Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Word, and Excel is preferred. While direct presentations are not required, the ability to create presentable materials is essential. Experience in larger corporate organizations is desirable, and familiarity with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion topics and programs is a plus.
