Job Description
:
Use computer interface to configure, program and operate the Laser Trimming systems used to trim and verify resistance values and continuity checks of hybrid circuits. Position starts at $17.50/hour with benefits (medical, dental, vision, prescription) after 60 days. There is a $1.25/hour shift adder when working 2nd shift. Hours are 3 PM - 11 PM, Monday through Friday. Training is on 1st shift - 7 AM - 3 PM, Monday through Friday.

Manufacturing Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Use computer interface to configure, program and operate the Laser Trimming systems used to trim and verify resistance values and continuity checks.
  • Verify products integrity through inspections that utilize visual, mechanical and electrical test methods.
  • Review supporting documents and design rules to plan the trim layout for the circuit.
Job Requirements:
  • Steady hand; Good hand/eye dexterity
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to apply basic electronics and mathematical knowledge to establish optimal trim routines as they relate to customer requirements.
  • Proven electronics ability either through and Electronics degree, related courses or related experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and understand English (read, write and speak)
  • Due to export controls, U.S. person is required - U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, specifications and drawings.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to use a microscope (5 to 40X)
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and on short notice
