Junior Trademark Associate Jobs

This leading international law firm is seeking to hire a Junior Associate to join their intellectual property practice group in their Philadelphia or New York Office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience handling domestic and international trademark portfolios, including, trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement.

Experience before the TTAB and/or some trademark litigation experience is preferred. Additional experience in any of the following areas is a plus: copyrights, social media, advertising, online business, licensing and privacy.

Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong communication, organization, research, writing and analytical skills.

Writing sample and law school transcript required alonmg with a NY/PA bar admission required based on location or ability to become admitted by waiver.
