Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and streamline processes.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance activities to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to analyze existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in gathering business requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications.
• Prepare documentation and reports to communicate analysis findings and recommendations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues and user inquiries.
• Support the design and development of system enhancements and modifications.

Requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of system analysis and design methodologies.
• Basic programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of systems analysis.
• Familiarity with databases and SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
