Junior Social Media Analyst

Our financial services client is looking for a Junior Social Media Analyst with social listening experience to join their team, remotely, 40 hours/week for at least 3 months. Supporting the Social Media Team, this Junior Social Media Analyst will assist in developing content, posting and monitoring social platforms, tracking content performance and social listening for the organization.

You MUST HAVE social listening experience in order to be considered.

Junior Social Media Analyst responsibility breakdown:

• And 15% of the time will be engaging and interacting with social communities and members
• 70% of your time will be spend conducting daily analysis and monitoring social conversation for the organization and reporting on those findings.
• 15% of your time will be spent executing on the social content strategy across social platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Junior Social Media Analyst Qualifications:

• 2+ years of marketing and/or public relations experience managing social communities for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Professional Services experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree
• Comfortable interfacing with internal stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks, manage a complex workload and organize time efficiently.
• Experience working within a social automation tool; Sprout Social preferred.
• Solid understanding of social media platform capabilities, as well as general social media community management best practices.
