Junior Financials (Banks) PM - $15bn Long/Short Hedge Fund

Compensation: Highly competitive salary + performance fee + excellent benefits


Our client, an Equity L/S Hedge Fund, is currently seeking an experienced Equity Analyst or Junior PM who has an existing record of running money and would like to move into a full PM seat.


The core focus will be US Banking names with the opportunity to create and scale your own book whilst working under the guidance of Senior PMs.


This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to progress quickly to PM at a respected firm which has an excellent track record of developing analysts into successful PMs.


About you


  • Relevant degree (Economics, Finance, etc) from an elite university
  • Currently working as a buy-side Equity Analyst, with a sleeve.
  • Strong Fundamental analysis skills and market understanding
  • 4+ years' experience
  • Relevant professional qualifications (CFA, etc) also desirable
