Job Description
We are seeking a Jr. Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on quantitative and statistical analysis to support process improvement, quality objectives, and maintain the program's continued focus on efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Experience gathering, cleaning, and analyzing structured and unstructured data
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to other locations in the Washington, DC Metro area as requested
  • Experience delivering briefings to stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with requirements analysis and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Certification in, or at least 1 year of applied experience with, R or Python for data science
  • Experience performing statistical analysis on quantitative datasets
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced Excel skills including complex formula construction
  • Experience authoring basic SQL scripts to select and retrieve datasets via Oracle SQL
  • Experience with process optimization and/or performance analysis
