Junior Business Analyst Jobs

We are looking for a business analyst to join our growing team of data & advanced analytics experts. The hire will be responsible for driving of our continued growth and success. With the commitment to innovation, business analyst evaluates the current business processes, identifies area of improvement, and helps organizations improve processes and systems for the efficiency and productivity. The candidate conducts research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and introduce these solutions to businesses and end users. We’re currently searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization to the future. From researching progressive systems solutions to evaluating their impacts, the ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator, and top-notch analyst. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions in an ever-changing digital landscape.

• Provide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights
• Define and deliver metrics, reporting documents, dashboards, and advanced analytics for tracking and managing the business
• Responsible for gathering and cleaning of datasets across multiple data sources
• Facilitate the computerization of analytics and data collection processes
• Identify business challenges and initiate process improvement projects
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, creative designs, operations, product development, etc. to build scalable processes and metrics
• Responsible for spotting vital insights and developing the framework of the organization’s data system
• Collaborate with technical resources, business resources and business owners to create and maintain project-based dashboards or ad-hoc analysis as needed using a business intelligence tool (Microsoft Power BI) to provide actionable business insights and impactful reports
• Responsible for carrying out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation
• Analyze and evaluate the current business processes a company has and identifying areas of improvement
• Work cross functionally with other business units to ensure reporting is accurate and consistent across the organization by raising concerns and solutions to address them and solving issues in a timely manner
• Provide information on analytic results to business and functional leaders using visualizations to communicate data and metrics, including data maps, leveraging Power BI, etc.

• Fluent in statistics and able to conduct business process analysis
• Bachelor's Degree or Graduate's Degree in business, computer engineering, computer science, or information systems, or equivalent experience
• Comfortable with leadership roles and able to assist teams with collaboration of projects
• Demonstrating critical thinking and consulting experience
• Experience with version control tools and platforms such as Git and GitHub
• Programming experience in Python, R, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, C, C++, or similar programming languages
• Problem solver who pays strong attention to detail
• Strong data analysis skills - ability to identify, analyze and integrate various large complex data sources (Internal and external data providers) into a readily consumable data product
• Experience with SQL RDBMS, Power BI DAX, or data visualization tools
• Effective communication and presentation at senior levels of the organization
