Manages multiple Growth/ELT level operating rhythms (Insitu). Assists, in accordance with tasking from the EO/ELT, in the development and integration of program data, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals. Collects, organizes and provides data to executive and sr. leadership to enable most effective decision making by the VP. Leads coordination and clarifies analysis with business partners to validate results and support course of action determination. Analyzes and interprets data relevant to the decision making processes of the leadership team. Provides solutions/proposals for next steps as appropriate. Develops executive level presentations with keen attention to include relevant information, at the appropriate level of detail and with high quality. Manages multiple work statements and works in a team environment across functions and businesses. Facilitates leadership meetings and ensures follow-up action for issue resolution. Works with functions to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives. Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. Act as an extension of the VP of Global Growth on strategic projects. Provide support related to long-term strategy planning and execution. Build and develop relationships with other employees for increased efficiency and effectiveness of the company as whole. Execute on projects as assigned by the VP. Works under minimal direction.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of strategy experience, required.
• Bachelors degree is required, Masters preferred.

Please note that the salary information show below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications and work location.

Compensation Range: 84,800.00 - 116,600.00
