Primarily based in a SoHo loft & Comcast Center in Philadelphia, we are an in-house Agency perfectly embedded within the ever-expanding Comcast NBCUniversal microverse. We are committed to deliver best-in-class 360 advertising, creative content & experiences for Xfinity and Xfinity.com.

Role Overview: A Junior Designer with FIGMA to work on our design system

Most Days You:

• Review audience metrics and adapt content to improve engagement
• Create content and layouts that help\ strengthen the design system in a way that builds an understanding and drives results
• Work with teams from concept through completion to help them formulate a strategy, create impactful work, manage presentations and obtain feedback
• Work to develop your knowledge of brand voice principles and project management
• Work with senior creatives to craft a variety of content for digital advertising/marketing campaigns that span numerous channels

You Bring:

• 2+ years of design/art direction experience at an advertising agency or at an in-house agency
• Experience concepting and creating content for websites, social, digital, apps, video and television
• Bachelor's degree
• A willingness to learn and grow exponentially alongside experienced creatives
