Jr. Web Designer Jobs

We are seeking a Jr. Website Designer for a consistently growing website design and digital marketing company providing conversion-optimized website design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) campaign management services to businesses across the country. All campaigns and website strategies are executed uniquely for each client's researched target market.

The Jr. Website Designer will collaborate with our internal marketing team to produce website designs and other marketing deliverables for clients, as well as provide admin support to the marketing team (such as reaching out to clients to schedule onboarding calls, regularly following up with ongoing project contacts, compiling and sharing meeting notes, etc).

This position will also assist in internal marketing efforts, which may include social media campaigns, content marketing strategy, video production, and email marketing.

We are looking for candidates with various backgrounds that have interests in:

· Website design and development

· UI/UX design

· Digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social media, content)

· Communications

· Video editing/production

Responsibilities

· Assist our client project team with design and development of websites and other marketing deliverables, including assisting with wireframes/mockups of sites using Adobe XD and front-end development of websites using Wordpress/Elementor.

· Provide administrative support to the marketing team.

· Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on website and marketing strategy.

· Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

· Configure analytics tracking (using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Hotjar) for customer websites.

· Provide customer support on existing websites and complete any requested updates in a timely manner.

Salary: Industry-competitive base salary

Qualifications

· Wordpress experience: 1 year (required)

· Elementor experience: 1 year (required)

· Outstanding written, verbal, and visual communication skills (required)

· Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software experience: 1 year (required)

· Strong graphic design and UI/UX skills (required)

· Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager: 1 year (preferred)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field OR 1-3 years experience in related field (preferred)

· Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (preferred)

· Video editing and/or podcasting experience (preferred)

Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work both independently and with a team, as well as manage multiple projects and campaigns.

Outgoing personality and able to interact with a variety of customers.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects and campaigns

Additional knowledge in the field is a plus, such as experience in email marketing, social media marketing, content writing, etc.
