Responsibilities:

• Discover customer needs, tasks, and goals and connect them to business goals via creative concepts.
• Responsible for creating compelling, marketing materials using various brand standards from a wide variety of craft roasters. You’ll use your skills as a strategist, and systems thinker to efficiently resize, and craft beautiful consumer marketing collateral and signage.
• Assist with the design and execution of corporate marketing for all platforms, including the website, advertising, company brochure, sales material, and social media.
• Develop procedural workflow to fulfil location-based size/customization requests.
• Gather and maintain asset libraries.
• Creates final packaging art files for printing purposes & certifies that files meet printing specs.
• Execute with efficiency, deploying the right design method or deliverable at the right time.
• Collaborate with other creative leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Formulate design solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data, and ensure measurable business impact.

Skills and Experience:

• Photography / Videography - Nice to Have willingness to learn
• Solid planning & organizational skills, including a pro-active ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines-must thrive in a fast-paced environment with short turnaround times & multiple simultaneous project demands.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred in a design discipline.
• Soft Skills are essential for this role, designers must be able to interact with stakeholders and team members and talk through ideas both good and bad.
• Adobe Premier / After Effects - Nice to Have - willingness to learn
• Comfortable with: Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Highly skilled with project plans & creative problem solving -ability to take initiative & work independently.
• XD/Figma and Sketch - nice to have, or willingness to learn
• Graphic design/print design and understanding of print production.
• Key principals of graphic design and typography
• Experience with user research and translating user research into design decisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail required with the ability to discern subtle differences in various pieces to ensure accuracy & brand compliance.
• Analytical thinker; sees the big picture and not just tactics.
