Jr. Financial Analyst
The Jr. Financial Analyst will assist with the budgeting variance and forecasting analysis for various levels of management. Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales and expenses. Ensure compliance with Daher Financial processes. Compute and report P&L Statement, Cash Flow and other Financial reports for HQ.
He (she) ensures financial data shared among Directors/operations are true and accurate.

• Communicate efficiently to the financial community with the Daher Group, promote best practices
• Prepare Capex Authorization Requests with Operation’s support.
• Maintain and perform specific financial analysis, provide data to support business decision
• Assist with budgets, 3 year plan, forecasts and actuals, analyze variances, report results within deadlines
• Participate and reviews internal and external audit results. Ensure proper action plan has been set and corrective actions are in place
• Pulling and analyzing financial reports
• Collect and analyze results, provide monthly management’s comments
• Communicate efficiently with Finance Shared Service Organizations within its perimeter

• Detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum supervision (autonomous)
• Demonstration of a positive, “can-do” attitude in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in accounting or finance
• 1-5 years of experience in Accounting/Financial Analysis ideally within an international business
• Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
