It Support Technician I

Clark Associates, Inc./WebstaurantStore is looking for intelligent and driven entry or junior level IT professionals searching for a position to cultivate and grow their skills at our Smoketown, PA location. This position is not your run of the mill support position; our team has their hands in all areas of the IT infrastructure, giving them a chance to grow their skillset by working on a variety of tasks and taking on complex projects and additional responsibilities.

Compensation: starting at $26.50/hr.

Position Responsibilities:

• Respond to helpdesk calls and tickets and resolve them in a timely manner
• Properly document issues, licensing and equipment distribution
• Work with existing support team and other areas of IT to ensure every issue is fully addressed
• Participate in, and sometimes lead, projects to support the IT infrastructure
• Set up new equipment for new and existing users.
• PC, hardware and software configuration

Applicants Should Have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and address tasks and issues in order of priority.
• Drive and initiative, the desire to constantly improve upon skillset and knowledge base
• Ability to commute to our Smoketown, PA office. Due to the hands-on nature of some tasks, this position is not fully remote.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to self-manage and self-motivate while working from home or in the office
• Real-word technology support experience - intern/externships are acceptable
• PC, software and peripheral support experience
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Active Directory, Windows OS, Office 365, Mac OS, iPhone and Android phones, DNS, DHCP, LAN / WAN, and printers
• Experience with Open Source technologies
• Creativity in finding solutions to reoccurring issues.

Applicants must be able to commute to our Smoketown, PA office. A hybrid in-office/work from home schedule is available after an initial training period.
