Job Details


A Support Engineer is part of the Support Desk Service Desk, and is primarily responsible for


handling escalated support requests and technical issues from the Service Desk queue. You will


also work closely with the Technical Engineering team to support a core group of our clients and


own the documentation and technology stack for them.
