Job Description
The IT Supervisor oversees and operates as the subject matter expert (SME) for the needs of the local team/division to ensure the right tools, technology, and support are in place. Utilizing your knowledge of computer systems, office automation products, databases, mobile devices, and other tech products, you will answer queries on, and provide solutions to, CTEH and Montrose employees’ and customers’ basic technical issues. This position is in our North Little Rock corporate offices and reports to the Vice President of Technology.
Vaccination against Covid-19 is strongly preferred. All employees will be subject to policies and procedures of the Company that may be dependent on vaccination status.

Pay Range: $81,078 - $115,000 (commensurate with experience)
ACTIVITIES/TASKS/SCOPE
  • Lead the local team to adopt the enterprise ITSM cohesively to ensure the scalability of support.
  • Responsible for maintaining and documenting network infrastructure, servers, shared storage, etc. as requested.
  • Scheduled travel to office locations, potential travel for emergency IT needs as they arise.
  • Manage cloud PaaS (such as Azure) and SaaS (such as O365 and Google Workspace).
  • Work with stakeholders of IT and other BU to roll out, integrate and adopt tools that will foster collaboration across BU within Microsoft.
  • Guide the local team to centralization and integration into share platforms across the enterprise.
  • Operate as the SME for the needs of the local team/division to ensure the right tools, technology, and support are in place.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, developments, and new technology related to networking infrastructure.
  • Performs patch management of various systems including, but not limited to, security appliances, servers, and other endpoints as requested.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • Previous IT/Computer-related Help Desk experience (preferred) or other relevant customer service experience;
  • Proficient data management skills in a Windows-based platform with advance Micro-soft office suite experience (preferred).
  • Proficient knowledge of computer systems in both Windows based and MAC environments;
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • (preferred);
  • Associate of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
  • (required);
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal directions
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Current driver’s license
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Technical Certification(s) in IT/Computer Systems
  • Possess a high degree of personal initiative and responsibility for work assigned
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within a matrix reporting structure
  • Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with careful attention to detail being critical
  • Ability to work overtime and on weekends
