The role of the L1 Server admin involves troubleshooting issues within the Windows Server environment. Using a ticketing system, L1 tech will document steps taken to resolve issues as part of the day-to-day responsibility.

The position will play a primary role in initial triage, Diagnosis, and solution of issues that come in through the ticketing system. The L1 tech will also be asked to help the L2 server team when needed. L1 Server tech plays an integral role in the administration of the Windows environment. This position requires a positive attitude and the ability to remain flexible in a dynamic and fluid environment.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is estimated salary range is $43,159.00-$68,942.00.
