Job Description
:


I have a client located in the Cleveland area that is looking for a strong IT Helpdesk specialist to join their team.


You will be responsible for working with clients remotely and on site to set up new users, troubleshoot issues etc..


Job Requirements:


  • Able to set up new users, help with software upgrades and perform troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of firewalls, Active Directory, switches etc..
  • 2+ years of experience with IT Helpdesk
  • Microsoft certification preferred
  • Experience working with existing Servers or helping set up new Servers
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
