Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we have an opening for an IT Director, Enterprise Applications in our Louisville, CO location.


The IT Director, Enterprise Applications will have the primary responsibility for the optimization and health of the NetSuite ERP, eCommerce, and Business Intelligence platforms and associated integrations as well as managing other business applications at our Louisville, CO location. The manager will play a key role in ensuring all platforms are operating effectively and will actively coordinate with IT and Business management to pro-actively manage the existing environments. This position requires a strong knowledge of Consumer Goods and eCommerce B2C/B2B business processes, data management and project management skills.

Core Responsibilities Include


  • Coordinate testing and user acceptance of system changes & enhancements.
  • Monitor application systems performance and capacity utilization.
  • Work with management to define business requirements and IT/IS objectives.
  • Work with functional business management to maintain business processes, data management/analytics, and related documentation & training materials.
  • Assist IT leadership with policy and procedure development.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of NetSuite ERP, eCommerce, and Data/Business Intelligence platforms.
  • Manage Business Applications staff, and outside consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for application projects and services.
  • Stay up to date on related industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop training plans for users regarding system usage, changes, and enhancements.


Ideal Candidates Have The Following Traits


  • Recent experience leading a team that can best support a business with multiple applications.
  • Background or experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
  • At least 10+ years in data and analytics in a cross functional organization
  • Experience managing a lean internal team, defining roles and responsibilities, and mentoring with empathy and accountability to drive results.
  • Experience partnering with third-party consultants and contractors to drive maximum value from both internal expertise and external scalability.
  • Experience supporting and defining roadmaps for systems across a growing business.

Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 base salary
