Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Coordinator to join our Peoplelink Group Corporate office. This successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our IT department by maintaining accurate financial records, managing data entry tasks, and overseeing the proper documentation of IT-related processes.


Compensation: $18-$20/hr.


Schedule: In-office, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM EST


How You’ll Do It



The IT Coordinator will collaborate closely with IT professionals, accounting teams, and various stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of administrative tasks.


  • Merging of Employee Records in the ATS on a daily basis.
  • Software contracts – track all contracts and organize expiration dates, and termination requirements.
  • Organize and coordinate scheduling for departmental meetings, training, and other activities.
  • Management of Quarterly PA SOC codes for both employees and customers.
  • Carrying out various other duties as assigned to support the department's operations.
  • Updating employee or customer branch details as requested from closed branches to ensure staff can view them in ATS.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to assist in asset management, tracking, and allocation.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly Accounting reports.
  • Weekly data entry of Job Title Occupational Code.
  • Daily coding of IT Department bills in Avid Exchange.


What You’ll Bring


  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Demonstrable skills in scheduling, record management, and multitasking.
  • Strong proficiency in data entry and an understanding of accounting principles and practices.
