Sirius Play, an established player in the computer games industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations professional to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and financial markets to identify opportunities and risks, and develop recommendations for management and the board of directors
• Plan and execute investor events, including earnings calls, investor roadshows, conferences, and other events, ensuring a professional and polished presence for the company
• Manage and track investor communications and interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy, leveraging multiple channels to maximize engagement and enhance the company's reputation and profile
• Create and maintain effective communication materials, including press releases, presentations, and quarterly reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels
• Act as a liaison between the company's management, board of directors, and investors, providing timely and relevant feedback and recommendations
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns as needed

Requirements

• Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and accounting principles
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations or related field within the computer games industry
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, including SEC reporting and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
