Position Overview: As the Business Development and Investor Relations Manager at Nervonik, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business expansion efforts and fostering strong relationships with investors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities, develop partnerships, and manage investor interactions to support our growth trajectory.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare investor presentations, financial reports, and other communication materials for meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
- Develop and manage investor relations strategies to effectively communicate the company's performance, milestones, and growth potential.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential collaborations within the medical device industry.
- Manage investor inquiries, provide timely responses, and ensure transparency in communication.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory developments that could impact the company's financial performance and investor sentiment.
Qualifications:
- Strong network of industry contacts, potential partners, and investors is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data, financial reports, and industry trends.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, or investor relations within the medical device or healthcare industry.
