Sabadell Internship Program

If you are passionate about joining a global financial institution and actively enrolled as a full-time student perusing a bachelor’s degree program or an applicable course of study with a GPA of 3.00 or higher, we are looking for you to join our team!

Our Investment & Treasury team is currently looking to hire a motivated intern as part of our 2023 Internship Program. Long-term Internship (six month program) - commencing June.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Borrowers waiver requests, prepare waiver memo and interacts the Agent Bank or Borrower for questions and with the credit team for approval

• Analyze Borrowers compliance certificates and financial reports

• Provide support to other teams to solve questions with respect to any loan of the portfolio

• Monitor the Structured Finance loans participating in follow ups calls with Borrowers and Agent Banks

• Assist with the CRE & Hospitality loan disbursement process (construction loans)

• Assist on the Budget review for bilateral loans and loans when bank acts as Agent

• Assist Manager on any specific request or project assigned to the Department

Requirements

• Bilingual - Ability to speak, write and read English and Spanish fluently.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

• Excellent research skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
