How will you make an impact in this role?

In this role, your primary objective will be to assist customers with their general account inquiries and requests via both phone & chat. Applicants will require a winning attitude, team player mindset and demonstrated success in customer service. Daily Responsibilities

  • Providing extraordinary customer care by responding to questions raised via phone & chat concerning accounts in a fast paced, structured environment
  • Supporting Customers with transactions and funds inquiries
  • Integrity: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines
  • Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests
  • Troubleshoot customer problems and determine how to resolve those problems.
  • Pioneering the servicing of new products that will lead the way in evolving American Express’ servicing strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • Positive attitude with the ability to receive feedback well and apply it quickly
  • Demonstrated dependability/self-motivating skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, structured, metric driven environment with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience (two years+) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and resourcefulness
  • Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills and ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Banking Experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; education benefits available

Salary Range: $20.00 to $22.75 hourly + bonus + benefits
