Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel both domestic and international
- Maintain executives CRM
- Prepare and submit all expense reports
- Supporting Investment bankers from junior to senior level
- Maintain executives' calendar, schedule all meetings, and conference calls, handle meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
- Hours are 8am -5pm, in the office Monday -Thursday working remote on Friday
Required Background/Skills:
- Must have 5 – 10 years’ experience working in Investment Banking supporting Investment Banking executives.
- Must be an enthusiastic, positive team player who is willing to help and who works well with colleagues
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Experience processing expense reports for executives
The salary range for this role is $85,000-$125,000
