Location: N Miami area on Biscayne Blvd

Schedule: In-office; M-F, 9-6 w/ 1 hr lunch; can accommodate some flex

The ideal candidate for the Inventory/Invoice/PO Clerk, has expereince with accounting invoicing and Purchase Orders.

• Follows up with sales department and sister company to circle back on unresolved discrepancies
• Enters PO’s, and enters invoices
• Resolves discrepancies with invoices and makes adjustments
• Coordinates with sister company for materials
• Ensures that key material purchased and invoice match Purchase Order
• Converts kilo weight to pounds to ensure accuracy of charges (can be trained)
• Reconciles statements and coordinates with payables in terms of entering invoices and payments
