Job Description
  1. Job Responsibilities:Coordinate meetings with supply chain management staff and clinical leaders as appropriate for product location and par level decisions
  2. Analyze daily operational workflows to identify opportunities for improvements.
  3. Liaise between executive leadership and supply chain teams as the trusted advisor.
  4. Process training and reinforcement to sustain the PAR Excellence solution.
  5. Review status reports of Par Excellence bins to include: Checking the status reports and resolving issues, system alerts, adding or deleting items, working with PAR Excellence Technical Support to resolve any system related issues.
  6. Use available reports to identify opportunities to optimize par levels and improve charge compliance.
  7. Make recommendations for par level changes and work in collaboration with supply chain and the clinical departments to execute agreed upon changes.
  8. Educate new users of the system in collaboration with the Par Excellence Technical Training Manager.
  9. Oversee implementation of PAR Excellence solution in new department locations.
