Department Overview
Position Summary
Responsible for $13M of annual inventory transactions data entry and owner of audit trail for this activity. Provides inventory usage information to user departments, Accounting, and Revenue Management. Liaison for all organization departments for generating daily inventory orders. Acts as a central troubleshooting /customer service desk for user departments and Supply Chain staff, to coordinate critical medical supply inventory orders to support patient care.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
- Experience with High Jump or similar tracking software
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with MMIS systems (PeopleSoft, Lawson, etc.)
- Good communication (both written and oral)
- Ability to work well both individually and with a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Requires significant attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for inventory management
