Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Managing RMA (Return Material Authorization) requests in coordination with Support, including excess product returns, damaged/defective products, and customers discontinuing service
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to accurately report on inventory utilization by region, rep, and account nationwide
  • Performing daily inventory imports into Salesforce, and consistently updating inventory records with changes/transfers/decommissions/write-offs
  • Flexibility toward demands and changes in the role as the company grows
  • Working closely with patients, the Monitoring Center, and field Sales teams to facilitate the timely return/turn of monitoring devices

Requirements:
  • Experience with ERP software preferred
  • Experience in Medical Device/BioTech industries preferred
  • 2 years Salesforce experience required
  • 3 years minimum Inventory experience
  • SalesOps experience preferred

The estimated hiring salary range for this position is $25/hr to $28/hr.* The actual salary will be based on a variety of job-related factors, including geography, skills, education and experience. The range is a good faith estimate and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental and 401Kretirement plan.
