Inventory Control Coordinator Jobs

Valvoline has a rewarding opportunity for a full time Inventory Control Coordinator (ICC). The ICC will support the distribution center logistics and office needs, working alongside the Shipping Supervisor, Lead, and Material Handlers. The role will support the office, SAP functions, cycle counting and order planning functions of Direct Ship and Direct Market.

How You’ll Make an Impact

In the role, you would be responsible for:

• Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion
• Processing warehouse paperwork (Print Orders, PGI, Shipment Completion, Packing Slip & BOL’s) in SAP
• Cycle Count and Inventory Discrepancies
• Packing, Picking, and Replenishing
• Managing inbound receipts and tracking inbound inventory by coordinating with the supply chain planning team
• Troubleshooting Post Good Issue (PGI) and Ship Completion Errors

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong Excel background
• Ability to sit and walk around the warehouse 40% of the day
• Minimum of three years' experience in an office support role or in the office of a logistics company
• Valid Driver's License
• Must be good at multi-tasking
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• SAP knowledge
• Must be highly organized
• Ability to work with large groups
• Ability to work with management and other areas of the operation
