Job Summary: The qualified candidate will support inventory processes and report directly to the Controller.

Required Education/Experience:

Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing experience.

Minimum one (1) year experience in accounting or related field.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Advanced in Microsoft Excel

Job Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data on inventory processes

Document inventory processes and ensure data accuracy

Review all production confirmations daily and identify areas for training

Investigate any need for inventory adjustments

Check and correct errors found in inventory reporting daily

Financial Audit of the inventory counting process

Lead warehouse and external consignment warehouse counts to ensure accuracy (travel required)

Analyze and compile the month-end inventory

Assist with monthly closing activities and CAPEX management

Lead fixed asset count and life usefulness reviews

Other duties as assigned
