Group Inventory Analyst Jobs

Calculate and maintain min/max and other MRP inputs for all sites for all finished goods and raw materials.

Work with Sales, Operations, and other departments to obtain forecast information related to changes in sales demand, raw material availability, etc.

Maintain Stocked Item List for all facilities.

Maintain Fulfillment Settings and Analytics on manufactured products for all facilities.

Aged Inventory Review and suggestions to Sales/Operations for disposition or use.

Identify and help correct procedural or system issues that cause inventory inaccuracies .

· Supply Chain Finance or Operational experience preferred

· 3 years Corporate Inventory Control Analyst experience required

· Strong excel skills required

· Experience with an ERP

Direct and oversee the management of inventory productivity with slow moving and excess inventory coordination with merchandising, pricing and finance.

Advanced knowledge of core inventory management principles is required.

Strong management skills in dealing with internal and external customers

Implement and oversee initiatives and capabilities to support inventory performance over a multi-year horizon

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal requirements, quality, safety guidelines and standards.

Manage conflicting strategic priorities and multiple opportunities to find the best way of creating long-term success.

Implement processes and business rules that create E&O savings within the JR field inventory space including expiry management.

Develop and manage Sales Support owned analytics, which includes NPI dashboards, rationalization progress, reallocation opportunities, and expiry management reports.

Required: 4 years minimum business experience in logistics, finance, marketing, commercial operations, and/or related experience

Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external customers is required.

Manage inventory return processes that optimizes sales burn off opportunities.

Successful experience with leading and coordination of projects across multiple teams and partners

2+ years of related inventory management experience a plus

Perform any general needs for consigned inventory along with special projects as required by management

Excellent computer skills: Internet Research and intermediate to advanced MS office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and data entry is required

Collaborate with sales reps across the country to review special customer requirements or needs

Inform Inventory & Procurement Manager of the location and quantity of possible item returns

Reports to the Inventory & Purchasing Manager

Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Business Administration or 4 years of relevant work experience.

1 year of relevant work experience (in addition to degree or years of previous experience).

Skilled proficiency in basic-level mathematical formulas, including analytical formulas used within the retail/eCommerce industries.

Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following:

Tracking late PO deliveries, identify issues, and communicate opportunities to the team

Resolution of shortages, overages, and problem shipment issues

Identify performance trends across auction campaigns to fuel optimization recommendations; evangelize best practices across the account management group

Work with Account Management to provide real time analysis for auction campaigns; influence incremental spend through data driven upsell recommendations

3+ years experience in quantitative analysis and research

Proficiency in sql and good working knowledge in python/R for analysis and data visualization

Experience in performing analysis on big data sets and coming up with actionable insights

Use data and logic to impact client and business success by providing analysis, insights, reports and actionable recommendations

Daily management of systemic inventory adjustment and inventory alignment including the daily posting of inventory journals.

Proficient Excel capabilities with experience in analyzing large data sets (will be required to demonstrate capabilities)

Manage store's fulfillment performance and follow up with stores on abnormal transactions impacting inventory on-hand.

Monitor the daily warehouse transfer to ensure store receipts are posted timely and misalignments are proactively managed.

3+ years of relevant inventory accounting, control and/or supply chain experience

Strong communication skills and openness

Assist in the development and implementation of any materials management systems that will enhance inventory control at Jabil Circuit.

Be able to interface with all departmental supervisors, support functions, engineering, program management, and other pertinent functions within the plant operations.

Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

10+ years’ experience with Inventory management.

Lead efforts to coordinate with Management on inventory reconciliations and cycle counts.

Provide and support several types of reports and KPI’s as it relates to inventory management activities.

Constant communication with key stakeholders and management.

Must possess strong customer service skills, demonstrate good judgement, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers

Strong analytical and problem solving skills that can properly collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

- 1-3 years of experience in materials management, ideally in CPG field.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related business field preferred.

- Basic understanding of inventory management practices.

- Manage inventory accuracy through regular reconciliations.

- Experience with Oracle NetSuite enterprise resource platform preferred.

Engage monthly/quarterly inventory analysis meetings with Finance to review supply vs. demand, excess liability analysis and PPV projections
