Job Description

The position is responsible for designing and executing the organizations Compensation & Benefits strategies and the related programs and priorities.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits regulatory frameworks and related procedures.
  • Participate in various audits and risk management processes on an ongoing basis and manage/ensure accurate and timely regulatory filings.
  • Provide compensation and benefits consultation and advice to business leaders, clients, and partners to support business priorities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, business needs and market practices in all relevant labor markets and provide ongoing recommendations to improve existing compensation and benefits programs.


Qualifications

  1. Minimum 8 years' experience leading the compensation and benefits function for a multinational organization and related experience in other HR functions.
  2. Outstanding communication, influencing and partner relationship skills
  3. Demonstrated ability to work in a global working environment (must have detailed experience of India labor markets and related compensation and benefits practices).
  4. Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving approach, with advanced project management experience.
  5. Successfully delivering results in a business focused, change-orientated, complex/matrix organization
  6. External consulting experience would be a plus.
