Job Description
Who We Are

Frida is more than a brand built to support parents. We get parents. We know all about the often unbelievable realities of parenthood, because we’ve been in the trenches. Over the last 9 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to developing the tools (and sometimes the tips, too) that help simplify parenting - and it all started with snot. Since the launch of our cult-favorite NoseFrida, The SnotSucker, we’ve innovated and launched over 100 products that provide quick and easy solutions to age-old parenting problems. We also launched Frida Mom in 2019, with products to help women with the transition through the fourth trimester into motherhood. Today, Frida holds over a 70% share of its main category, and our products can be found in over 50+ countries and in over 40,000 stores throughout the US - in every retail channel from mass-market, grocery, chain drug, and specialty stores. For 9 years, we’ve had parents’ backs as they navigate the parts of parenthood you don’t usually see on the ’gram with honest and raw messaging to provide the answers to questions they didn’t even know they had. And, we’re just getting started.

How You Will Make An Impact

Frida is looking for an International Demand Planner to join our team who has experience with demand forecasting and inventory management, as well as strong reporting and analytic skills. Responsibilities to include:

  • Provide monthly updates on forecast KPI’s (Forecast Accuracy and Bias) to internal stakeholders
  • Support developing and managing annual forecast (budget) and determine where gaps exist
  • Lead cross-functional discussions with Sales, Digital Marketing and Brand teams to understand how consumer and customer trends will impact the forecast
  • Responsible for partnering internally and externally to drive continuous improvements on replenishment KPIs (in-stocks, fill rate, OTIF metrics, and promotional sell-thru)
  • Continuously improve the internal forecast through evaluating promotional activities, consumption trends, category trends, advertising investments, and internal and external inventory positions
  • Provide actionable shipment updates to senior leadership weekly with larger deep dives on a monthly and quarterly cadence
  • Collaborate with external partners to identify areas of opportunity for greater efficiency and service improvements

What You Will Need

  • Experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or Children’s/Baby industry preferred
  • Ability to recognize opportunities and then recommend and implement improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that enable effective interactions with all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in business
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with MS Office, with high proficiency in Excel and PowerBI
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of urgency to solve multiple and critical issues
  • 3+ years’ experience in Retail Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or CPFR planning
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze large sets of data, draw conclusions, and articulate clear next steps
  • Demonstrate good judgment in escalating potential risks proactively
