Internal Travel Rn Jobs

Pay Rate: $70/hour – No Stipend

DEFINITIONS

• For staff working 3a-3p, 7a-7p, or 3p-3a the holiday is on the day of the holiday (e.g. Christmas is 12/25 7a-7p)
• Major Summer Holidays include Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day
• For staff working 7p-7a the holiday begins the night before the holiday (e.g. Christmas is 12/24 7p to 12/25 7a)
• Major Winter Holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• All hospital- and unit-required education must be completed as per hospital guidelines. Each Internal Travel RN is to follow the required education path for their specialty group.
• 24 months minimum of bedside nursing experience is required (or current travel RN at Parkview)
• Advanced certifications required for certain work environments such as, but not limited to, ACLS, NIHSS, NRP, STABLE.

GUIDELINES

• Hours worked above agreement hours (36/week) will not be eligible to be combined with any other incentive that is being offered at that time.
• As a Parkview co-worker, all mandatory education requirements, competency requirements, and licensure requirements must be met and maintained while not on shift during assignment. Parkview will compensate for any time dedicated to these functions while not working a scheduled shift.
• The Internal Travel RN Program defines an occurrence as 1 missed shift
• In addition to my Internal Travel rate, I will receive evening/night/weekend shift differential in accordance with my assigned shift/position and pay policy.
• Call-offs must be made through the Staffing Office at 260-266-1260
• I will be paid in accordance with the 40-hour overtime standard.
• Internal Travel RN will be subject to termination on the 3rd occurrence within a 13-week agreement.

Total Rewards
