Job Description

21Tech, LLC. is seeking an Internal Project Assistant to join our company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. This person will have an understanding of project management and the ability to provide administrative support for multiple projects.


Location

Candidate will work in a remote capacity in USA Central Time zone.


Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Project
  • Attention to details is a must
  • Ability and willingness to learn new tools
  • Ability to manage and track multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • 2-3 years project support experience
  • Experience in reporting project status

Desired Skills:

  • Expert in Microsoft Office Tools, including Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
