Intern - It Deskside Support

In this role you will…
Support deployment of laptops and end user desk setups.
Assist with application installation, usage, problem solving and troubleshooting.
Provide onsite and over the phone technical support and assistance to MedPro Group end users while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
We are looking for candidates with…
Active pursuit of Information Technology, Computer Science or related degree with at least one year completed.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Mandatory computer skills: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. Preferred computer skills: SharePoint (ability to edit web pages & templates).
Project management or business analyst skills.
Outstanding interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work on a team or operate independently and prioritize job duties.
Ability to work 10-20 hours per week, year round at headquarters in Fort Wayne, IN.
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
