Objectives/Deliverables

KTC Quality Assurance is seeking to enhance the detection of safety-related issues by creating a Machines' Safety Alert System using Power BI and AI/ML. To achieve t his goal, the intern will assist in collecting data and developing the system/dashboard by utilizing warranty and case systems.

Our selected intern will be responsible for reviewing Kubota's guidelines for safety-critical functions, parts, and symptoms. The intern will be developing an alert system using Power BI Commence implementation in the system.

Kubota is seeking an intern who possesses proficiency in Python, R, and/or Power BI and can apply their knowledge and abilities in these programs to create a product capable of identifying safety-related concerns.

Program Overview

Kubota’s Internship program is intended to provide development in an environment where you can be successful now and in the future. Throughout the internship program, you will have the opportunity to build relationships, collaborate with other interns, and attend social events.

Capstone Project

Interns will be assigned a Capstone project that will be presented to Executive leadership at the conclusion of the program. Each Capstone will provide the Intern with an opportunity to create solutions that display their perspective and acquired knowledge. These projects could even be implemented into our everyday business practices.

Duration: June to August

Length: 10 weeks

Hours: Monday through Friday (40 hours)

Salary: $18.00 hr.

Benefits: Housing stipend benefit available for those who qualify

Minimum Qualifications

• Organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited University, working toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
• High level of skill in decision making, problem solving and analytics.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills including verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to communicate with various levels of management, dealers, and customers.
