The Global Integrated MarComs team is responsible for developing and delivering communications strategies that advance TikTok's offering -- its products, value and vision -- among the business community. We manage all NA & global business marketing communications channels. Our focus is on impact, positioning and consistency for the purpose of creating a unified and coordinated TikTok experience for businesses.
About This Role
We’re looking for a highly talented and motivated individual to join our team in New York as a Global MarComs Manager. You will be responsible for launching tentpole initiatives and scaling stories that drive deeper education and business impact across channels.
The right candidate has a great passion for and understanding of TikTok, strong writing skills, expertise in digital channels, and a proven track record in organizational leadership, idea generation and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to set the strategic marcoms calendar for programs that will drive and enhance TikTok for Business objectives
- Develop and execute marcoms initiatives to promote TikTok’s ad products, programs and value proposition across all touchpoints (digital, events, paid media and awards)
- Conceptualize creative, TikTok-first ideas that drive deeper education and engagement across TikTok for Business channels
- Identify KPIs, monitor program performance and apply strategic recommendations for optimization
- Lead and coordinate marcoms launches with cross-functional partners to ensure strategic alignment and maximum potential for promotion
- Craft powerful, forward-looking thought leadership presentations, reports, talking points and briefings for executives, mastering voice and the topics most relevant to the industry
- Optimize processes and workflows in collaboration with B2B teams across regions via the Integrated MarComs Center of Excellence
- Partner with Global Ops to standardize measurement and benchmarking; create impact reports for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in marketing or communications; prior experience in technology, entertainment or B2B a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solver, with ability to see the big picture
- Highly strategic mindset
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marcoms campaigns
- A demonstrated understanding of CRM and the intersection between SEO, content, and social within the digital marketing landscape
- Solid project management skills
- A team player and collaborator with empathy and resilience
- Self-motivated with strong sense of ownership

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120000 - $165000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
