This job is designated in-office located in Meridian, ID. Candidates must be within a commutable distance of our office, authorized to work in the United States, and do not require visa sponsorship. The hourly rate for this position is $18.00/hour + commission.

The Intake Specialist is a call center customer representative role and the first point of contact for customers seeking help with their financial situation. As an Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for qualifying potential customers applying for our programs.

Curious about compensation for this role? As an Intake Specialist, you'll earn a commission for each lead we convert to a new customer. Our representatives average $3,550 a month (hourly + commissions excluding overtime).

• You enjoy making calls and speaking with people and will brush it off if the call doesn't go as expected. Our Intake Specialists average 150 to 200 inbound and outbound calls daily.
• This role is for you if you have call center experience and enjoy helping others in a customer service or representative role and want to earn more than just a base salary.

• You set goals and are determined to hit them. We'll set clear expectations and success measurements.
• You keep at it even when things get tough. We provide you with scripts and training to help you overcome objectives and provide our potential customers with the information they need.

Who You Are:

• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with the technology needed to field leads and document conversations, including navigating in multiple systems and screens, computer, and sufficient typing speed
• 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Able to commute to the office each day
• 6 months+ call center experience or high-volume call experience (front desk, etc)
