Job Description

Lexus of Madison is searching for an addition to our Service Scheduling Team. Typically referred to as a business development center (BDC) our team answers incoming service calls for East Madison Toyota & Lexus of Madison. Our team works closely together supporting each other to answer customer questions and provide great customer service.

As a Call Center Representative, you will answer incoming service calls, record, and relay basic vehicle information, offer price quote ranges for services requested, schedule appointments, answer basic maintenance questions, make outbound confirmation calls, and connect customers with service advisors.
