Collections Representative Details


  • Communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner.
  • Receive payment over the phone.
  • Take payments over the phone.
  • Request payment in full or assist with setting up payment arrangements.
  • Adhere to a casual professional dress code.
  • $ 17.00 / hour
  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • Make and receive calls relating to past-due medical bills.
  • Follow company guidelines and standard procedures.
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 06:00pm )
  • Full Time work available


Collections Representative Qualifications


  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must have at least one year of collections or call center experience.
  • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire. We will consider your age at the time of the offense, when the offense occurred, the seriousness and the nature of the offense, as well as any rehabilitation to determine your employability.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
