Instructional Designer Jobs

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for a client. This Instructional designer should have experience with e-learning and internal training and have some video creation skills.

Requirements

• Technology friendly, ability to quickly adapt to using new software programs
• Traffic proofs between franchisees and internal/external teams as necessary
• Highly organized, detail oriented and self-motivated
• Place reprint orders on behalf of franchisees and keep them informed of status until product has shipped and tracking has been provided
• Prepare and submit requests for estimates on behalf of corporate and franchise partners.
• Maintain project timelines and alert team members of approaching deadlines as necessary to keep on schedule
• Receive and respond to all inquiries – including requests for quotes, reprints, tracking of shipments, and other production-related issues from our franchise community.
• Excellent customer service skills – must be responsive, courteous, and timely in all communications with our franchisee community, as well as our internal teams
• 1-3 years' experience managing small projects for a fast-paced organization, tracking progress through multiple phases of production through shipping (where applicable) to delivery of final product.
• Experience managing multiple work streams with shifting priorities
• Manage workflow for QR versions of Core and LTO menus
• Create new items and maintain existing menu items in Olo
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure that workflows, projects and vendors are all working efficiently
• Strong excel skills a must; PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro familiarity a plus.
