Job Description

Our Client - a Fortune 500 Software Organization - is seeking a DME Enablement Project Manager to bring onto the team. Please see below for details:


PAY RANGE: 46-56/hour

LOCATION: REMOTE

DURATION: 6 months+


JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate would conduct discovery and planning meetings, create project plans and create enablement content intended for various internal roles in Adobe's Digital Media business unit.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Assist in tracking and reporting project status to key stakeholders
  • Background in Instructional Design, Project Management, or Curriculum Management.
  • Experience evaluating and curating existing content
  • Identifying enablement gaps (training needs analysis) before, during, and after learning path development.
  • Ability to draft learning objectives
  • BA in relevant marketing, operations or instructional design.
  • Advanced project management skills, Intermediate understanding of instructional design methodologies, advanced Microsoft 365
  • Experience creating learning assets - job aids, video, ILT/OLT training courses, assessments.
  • Create and execute the project plan, identifying key milestones
  • Experience designing learning path (portfolio) for a role based on KPIs
