Client Relations Specialist - Las Vegas Metro

Our Regional Client Relations team based in Las Vegas is looking for a Client Relations Specialist to support an exceptional Client Experience and elevate the level of service in the Maison. As a CR Specialist, you will lead by example as a hosting expert, supporting an appointment culture amongst the team. You will act as a metro liaison both for internal colleagues and clients, manage the client gifting strategy and support in-store events in partnership with the Regional Events Manager.

Please be advised that this a part-time position and open availability is preferred.

A successful candidate will have extensive experience providing exceptional service to high-end clientele. You will possess excellent organization and communication skills in addition to being an agile, innovative, self-starter. Experience in luxury retail or premium hospitality is highly preferred.

Responsibilities Include:

Hosting and Service

• Elevate day-to-day hosting in partnership with the Client Relations Team
• Understand Client’s needs and provide them with personalized experiences
• Support appointment preparation, logistics, and details to ensure clients feel cherished
• Manage master appointment calendar for the Las Vegas Metro

Client Gifts & Gestures

• Client-facing collateral
• Track and analyze ROI on the Client Relations Engagement Program
• Liaise with all Client Advisors to support client birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions
• Holiday gifting program
• Target gifts for top clients, new high-potential clients, and partners

Events: Logistical Support & Coordination

• Partner closely with Client Relations & Events team to maximize the impact of commercial events in-store
• Identify, research, and propose new animations and vendors
