American Lending Solutions, LLC, a leading residential mortgage banker, is now hiring! We can close loans in as little as 7 days thanks to our in-house processes, technology and pipeline structure. We offer an excellent work environment, extensive training and a compensation package that include a base salary as well as an aggressive, uncapped commission structure with unlimited earning potential. We are looking for a successful Loan Officer/Inside Sales Representatives to join our team.
Summary
  • Utilize and work with all lead sources effectively
  • Maintain licensing through required continued education courses provided by company
  • Able to identify and work up loan options for potential clients
  • Submit complete loan applications
  • Originate residential mortgage loans
  • Meet and maintain monthly sales goals and quotas
  • Follow up and follow through with clients from application process through the loan funding
  • Work efficiently with all support staff (Branch Manager, Processing, Underwriting and Funding Departments)
  • Develop referrals through personal networking and leads provided
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education And/Or Experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Current NMLS license a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record in meeting sales quotas in a sales environment
  • Mortgage experience a plus, but we will train the right candidate
