Job Description
Responsible for answering all inbound inquiries via internet-based sales chat sessions, email and phone. This position requires use multiple platforms and tools to quickly connect with others and be a subject matter expert while servicing our Comcast Small-to-Medium business customers.

This fun sales job allows you to facilitate the sale of Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-size businesses to new and existing customers. This is a fun and fast-paced environment where you are accountable for individual results and how those impact your team. We work with straight forward tasks using our established procedures.

Note: this is a remote role and is open to individuals who reside within Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Vermont, Rhode Island, or Connecticut.In order to work from home, you do need a quiet workspace and internet that is at least 100 mbps. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

Awesome Compensation Package:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistently high close ratios, higher revenue and multiple product business solutions.
  • Keep up to date on product knowledge, industry information, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process that would enhance our prospects ability to communicate more effectively both internally and externally to their customers. Leads customers through a consultative process to best meet their communication needs.
  • Provides testing and feedback to assist with deployment and adoption of new products, incentives, systems and other changes introduced into the sales channel.
  • Manage the customer relationship from initial call through close, to resolve on the first call or escalate appropriately.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Ensure Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is accurate and up to date on daily basis.
  • Meet / exceed sales targets & quotas by generating sales from inbound inquiries via internet-based sales chat sessions, email and phone. This position requires use multiple platforms and tools to quickly connect with others and be a subject matter expert while servicing our Comcast Small-to-Medium business customers
  • Utilize knowledge of the latest products and services to promote the sale of bundled products and provide the optimal solution for the customer as well as articulate benefits of our products over other products.
  • Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Business Services in the marketplace.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer experience and represent Business Services in a professional and courteous manner to prospects and customers.

Job Qualifications:

  • Previous digital platform Sales experience strongly preferred!
  • Effective time management, communication and written skills required.
  • Responsible for full sale from intake to installation for small to medium business customers.
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Must be tech-savvy, self-motivated and sales driven.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, high-volume sales environment
  • Generally, requires 2-5 years related experience or sales experience
