Salary: Competitive

  • Attract, hire, train, develop, motivate and manage members of a world-class sales organization
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly revenue streams
  • Aggressively stimulate, review and monitor all business activity for the team and ensure achievement of activity goals
  • Motivate and direct sales teams in both the commercial and major account sales arena
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales organization and implement changes
  • Ensure achievement of team sales and profitability objectives
  • Develop solid business relationships with new or existing customers
  • Ensure quality by periodically monitoring Sales Representatives calls and listening to them generating new business and manage active accounts
  • Provide quarterly evaluations of sales organization productivity
  • Understand each employee’s strengths and weaknesses with recommendations to develop these areas of performance
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen managing to “bottom-line” profitability
  • Experience in accurately forecasting and managing the sales of a high growth business
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing an inside sales force (experience in _______ industry strongly preferred)
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and call forecasting software
  • Proven track record of having excellent internal and external customer relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Full proficiency with latest voice and data call center systems and processes; proven ability to implement and manage new technology
  • Strong ability to develop, implement, and monitor sales metrics
  • Proven ability to directly manage and track performance
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, management and organizational skills with a proven track record of success
